Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 50 percent of purchase price. If a product is damaged upon arrival, Please note the damage and fully inspect the product before your delivery driver leaves. Then contact Dgc Gourmet™ immediately so we can file the proper claims. Warranty: All products Dgc Gourmet™ distributes carry the manufactures warranty which varies for manufacturer to manufacturer. If you have a problem or a potential defect DO NOT return the product. You will not get credit unless you have contacted us and received a Return Authorization from Dgc Gourmet™. There are no additional warranties expressed or implied on products listed herein above and beyond what the manufacturer states. Shipping: All items in stock will be shipped the first business day after your order is placed. Products not in stock will be back ordered and you will be notified of the status the the next business day or sooner. To help keep shipping costs under control Dgc Gourmet™ reserves the right to change carriers at any time. We currently offer a flat rate shipping charge of $7.95 per order, and FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75.00 to the CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ONLY. Hawaii and Alaska and all Other countries, will require additional freight charges. Coffee: Coffee beans are only good for a short time after they are roasted. Dgc Gourmet™ carries a very small amount of coffee in stock and ready to ship. (About a 1 Week Supply). Even though we stock a tremendous amount of products all of the time, Dgc Gourmet™ will often roast your coffee after your order is placed. This means a little bit longer to receive your order but also means the freshest roasted coffee you will ever buy. Wholesale: Dgc Gourmet™ offers an extensive wholesale program under our Dgc Gourmet™ name. You must have a Business License and Tax Number to purchase wholesale from Dgc Gourmet™. If you have your own UPS or Fed-Ex shipping account Dgc Gourmet will drop ship for you. There is a small fee for this, however this is a legitimate wholesale program and the huge inventory and discounts available to you are well worth it.Affiliates: Dgc Gourmet™ currently does not have an affiliate program, however Dgc Gourmet™ is always looking for websites that link to and from. We are developing a discount-per-click program that would allow a high-quality and medium to high profile site owner to get large discounts on products and shipping based on there click-thru.
